Policy

Thank you for choosing BunnyHop as your child's educational partner. Our studio is dedicated to providing a safe, enriching, and joyful learning environment for all students. To ensure a positive experience for everyone involved, we kindly request that you review and adhere to our studio policy. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of education.

  1. Tuition: Monthly tuition fees are due by the 1st of each month. Payment will be automatically billed to the card on file, securing your child's place in the enrolled class(es). While the number of classes may vary each month due to holidays, the monthly fees remain consistent. Throughout the year, we offer a total of 46-48 classes for each enrolled course.

  2. Missed or Cancelled Classes: Please note that tuition fees will not be adjusted for any missed or cancelled classes. We encourage regular attendance to ensure the continuity of learning.

  3. Make-up Classes: We understand that occasional absences may occur. To maintain a balanced class dynamic, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours or more is preferable) if your child will be unable to attend a class. Each student is eligible for a maximum of six make-up classes per year. Make-up classes must be scheduled within 90 days of the missed class, and any unused makeup class credits will expire on December 31st of each year. To be eligible for make-up classes, students must be active paying members during the month in question.

  4. Withdrawal/Refund: As our studio values small class sizes, lessons cannot be discontinued in the middle of a billing cycle, and refunds are not provided mid-month. For students on a month-to-month payment plan, withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance. Once a withdrawal request is received, automatic payments will be stopped for the following month, and your child's class spot will be allocated to the next child on our waiting list, if applicable. Re-enrollment requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that registration and material fees are non-refundable.

  5. Teachers and Substitutions: Occasionally, teacher assignments may change or substitutions may be provided to ensure the continuity of quality education. While we strive to inform parents of such changes, the studio reserves the right to make these adjustments without explicit prior notice. Working with different teachers can offer unique learning experiences and perspectives for students.

  6. Nut-free Studio: To prioritize the safety of all children, BunnyHop maintains a nut-free environment to accommodate students with allergies. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing or consuming any food or snacks containing nuts within our premises. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

  7. Parent Responsibility: BunnyHop is an educational studio and not a daycare facility. Unless attending parent and me classes, all enrolled children must be fully potty trained and capable of independently using the bathroom facilities. For parents with younger children, we provide a comfortable parents lounge on-site where you can relax during your child's classes. We kindly ask parents of younger children to be available to assist with any bathroom needs if their child is not yet fully independent.

Thank you for your commitment to our studio policy. We value your partnership in nurturing your child's Mandarin language education and look forward to a rewarding and inspiring journey together.
